WARRANTY

We guarantee the Joopy Sun Shade to be free from material and manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of shipping.

Wear and tear, abuse or use of the shade for purposes other which it is designed for, is not covered under the warranty.

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and with clear proof of purchase.

Where permitted by law, we will only replace or repair the goods supplied, or offer a refund.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with the sun shade, please drop us a line within 14 days of purchase - we will arrange a full refund. Products must be returned in original condition. 

Our returns policy includes the rights you have if you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
